As the Detroit plant and the team plan for the transfer of the DS program from Warren, we are busily working on employee engagement. Two things we have in the works are reinvigorating the Gold Glove program and kicking off our electronic suggestion survey. Both of these programs will reward employees; for identifying supplier defects that have potential to ship to our customer(s) and implementation of suggestions received that improve our plant to remain sustainable. We will initiate a soft launch of the suggestion form in Detroit to gather feedback and data.
